<h1>Louis Max</h1> <h2>Château Caraguilhes</h2> <h3>TYPE OF WINE</h3> TYPE OF WINE :45 % Vieux Carignan, 25 % Syrah, 20 % Grenache, 10 % Mourvèdre <h3>WINES & FOOD PAIRING</h3> WINES & FOOD PAIRING :This superb, full-bodied wine is the perfect accompaniment to steak grilled over vine shoots or lamb cooked with wild thyme. It is also excellent served with the region's goats cheeses. <h3>TASTING</h3> WRAP :An impressive black cherry, dark red colour with a delightfully clear and bright appearance. NOSE :Hints of red and black berries, with-rounded tanins infused with pleasant spicy aromas. MOUTH :Surprisingly intense fruitiness with spices mingling harmoniously with the wine's well rounded tanins. Smooth and silky, with a hint of vanilla and a long, fruity finish. KEEP :It should age well, enabling the hints of spiciness to develop further. From 3 to 6 years. TEMPERATURE :This wine should be decanted half an hour before serving to allow it to breathe. It should not be served chilled as this will “destroy its aromas”.
