Indeed, Catherine Starkman, Laurent Max's sister, is a painter. For Catherine Starkman, the will to communicate is expressed through the creation of works of art in which her aim is to share her love of life. In order to do that, <b<Catherine Starkman does large paintings, which enables her to express herself freely. She plays with warm, bright colours which conjure up sometimes distant or even vanished continents, and sometimes African or Amazonian inspirations, with the various rites and religions linked to
